  3. In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings until combined.
  4. Form small balls or patties and place them in the air fryer basket. Lightly brush with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
